Significantly warmer and more protective than a fleece, this insulated jacket is breathable enough to be used as a super-warm mid layer under a heavy shell on frigid days, and contains enough insulation to be worn on its own while in camp. An extra thick layer (100g/m) of synthetic Coreloft™ insulates the torso but packs small, and a light tricot underarm panel enhances breathability. The cut is roomy enough to accommodate light armour underneath, yet is compressible enough to stow in its own hand pocket. When deciding on the correcting sizing for this product, choose your regular clothing size. This jacket is already oversized and is designed to fit over light body armour. It is not necessary to select a larger size than normal in order to accomodate body armour underneath.
