Order Status

How do I track my order?

Tactical Distributors uses the UPS Quantum View System which allows us to provide proactive notification to our customers when their shipments are on the way. This information will not be available until an order has shipped. The UPS tracking systems may not provide feedback on the package location for 12-24 hours after that.

How long will it take for me to receive my package?

Orders are usually processed in the same day if order is placed before 3:30 est M-F. Backorders or shipments from warehouses other than the Tactical Distributors location in Virginia Beach, Va, may lengthen the time for fulfillment. Depending upon the destination and shipping method, the time for a package to arrive varies. Orders delivered outside the United States will usually experience delays from local Customs Agencies. When available, a tracking number will be provided to the customer and should appear in the order status after the order has shipped. Most packages cannot be tracked after leaving the United States. When a customer suspects that their package has been lost in shipping they should contact customer service.

How long will it take to process my order?

Orders in by 3:30 EST M-F will be processed and sent out the same day. Orders placed after 3:30 PM EST time will not be processed until the following business day. Orders placed on Friday after 3:30 PM EST time will not be processed until Monday or the following business day. In instances where items are backordered, the customer will be notified and given the option to have their order shipped together or in separate shipments as backordered items become available. Orders fulfilled from locations other than the Tactical Distributors warehouse located in Virginia Beach, Va, may occasionally require additional time for processing; where this is known to exceed 3 business days, the customer will be notified.

What is Free Upgraded Shipping?

We get great overnight rates so we would like to pass them along to you at no extra charge. In most case we can upgrade your ground package to overnight. Some items like large cases and oversized bags we can't ship overnight due to the high cost. How it works. You pay for ground shipping we ship it to you overnight and you should receive your package the next day.

**Mace products can not be sent via Next Day Air and must ship ground due to Hazardous Material regulations.

 

Does Tactical Distributors ship international?

 

Unfortunately at this time we do not ship internationally. We may be expanding our business in the future so please check back with us at a later date.

 

When will my backorder arrive?

The duration that products are backordered depends upon the product and the manufacturer. In general items are backordered for less than 2 weeks, however in some instances, with high demand or difficult to obtain products, more time may be necessary--particularly on items being purchased in high volume by the United States military. The estimated arrival date is not always known, but feel free to contact customer service who will do their best to provide you with information.

Returns

How do I return products?

Items may be returned in new and unopened condition within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Tactical Distributors does not reimburse return shipping expenses on correctly shipped orders. All returns must have an authorization number written on the outside of the box in order to be processed. Returns without an authorization number will be returned to sender.

What do I do if product is damaged when I receive it?

If you receive a package with damaged products, please contact Tactical Distributors customer service within 72 hours. As with all returns, Tactical Distributors, an RMA must be issued by customer service before products are returned.

What if I received the wrong product?

If you feel that you have received the wrong product, please contact customer service within 72 hours of receiving the product. We will work with you to correct the problem. The shipping costs for incorrectly shipped items will be met by Tactical Distributors

Shipping

How much is my shipping?

Shipping based upon the weight and destination of your order. It is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices.TD has the right to charge actual shipping cost if the propper shipping amount is not listed on the site at the completion of order and  on sales confirmation. We will contact you directly and give you a choice to either cancel or pay the balance due on extra shipping charges.

Does Tactical Distributors ship to FPOs and APOs?

Yes. We are committed to providing the necessary gear to our troops at home and abroad.

Effective May 17, 2012 the U.S. Postal Service is banning international shipments of electronics with lithium batteries such as smartphones, laptops and iPads, citing the risk of fire. Tactical Distributors may no longer send items such as Flashlights, Cameras, and other devices. Please keep this in mind while you are checking out. The U.S. Postal Service expects to resume shipments January 1, 2013.

How Do I Get My 10% Off For Being In The Military or Government?

Tactical Distributors fully supports our men and women in the armed forces, so we are proud to offer a 10% discount on all purchases. To get your discount please create an account using your active .mil or .gov email address before starting the shopping process. Once your account is setup, log in and use that account during the check out process.

How do i get a Law Enforcement 10% Off?

For LE, State, Local and Federal departments please send a copy of your government photo ID to info@tacticaldistributors.com in subject please put "I want my LE 10% off) we will put you in our database and inform you when you have been processed. please allow 1-2 days for processing. Once you are in our database you will then recieve a 10% discount on your total shopping cart at checkout. Once your account is setup, log in and use that account during the check out process.

Fraud!!

We track all IP addresses and report fraudulent activity to the FBI and local law enforcement. Please keep in mind, credit card fraud is a Federal Offense. We will do everything in our power to catch you and stop you. So if that is your intention I would go to another site. 


Airsoft Laws and Purchases

We ship ALL of our airsoft guns, including rifles, pistols, and other types of airsoft products that are able to propel a 6mm plastic projectile, with a BLAZE ORANGE TIP, in accordance with federal law.  Please consult your local law enforcement agency if you do not know whether airsoft is legal in your area.  By purchasing this item, the buyer warrants that he/she is 18 years of age or older and is legally able to purchase the item shown.  It is the responsibility of the BUYER to ascertain and obey all applicable local, state and federal laws.

Can we ship to an address different than the billing address?

Yes you can! Tactical Distributors is dedicated to making customer service our number one mission. The ability to ship to another location other than your billing address is sometimes key to surprising that loved one with a special gift.

Discounts & Exclusions

Why isn't my discount code working?

Please make sure you have logged into your account before applying a discount code. Discount codes no longer work with "guest" accounts.

What is excluded from discounts?

Pelican cases are excluded from free upgraded shipping and there are no discounts on PelicanSurefire, Aimpoint, EoTech, Litefighter, Strikemark, MAGPUL, and GoPro units. Oakley, Under Armour, Multitasker, Ares Gear and Olukai are excluded from sitewide sales.All clearance and sale items are excluded as well.

Promotional discounts such as the newsletter signup may only be used one per customer. Tactical Distributors reserves the right to limit any use of promotional code at any time. 

Promo Codes and other Discounts TD offers can not be "stacked" with other promotions or on sale items. TD reserves the right to cancel, delete, or modify orders for customers. This includes customer orders that do not abide by rules set forth, such as a limit on the number of products that can be purchased.
