- Provide excellent customer service by resolving all issues such as processing orders, inventory, tracking, returns/exchanges and coupon codes
- Answer customer phone calls, web chat, and emails in a timely manner
- Assist walk-in customers with orders
- Upload new products to the site
- Contribute to the team with a positive attitude and creativity.
- College degree preferred, but not required
- Customer Service experience
- Strong Verbal and written communication
- Basic Computer Skills, email, Microsoft office
- Shopify Plus ecommerce cart is a plus
