The Arc'teryx LEAF Alpha Jacket LT GEN 2 is a meticulously constructed jacket with a tricot backer that means business while staying as light as possible so if it needs to be packed away, it takes up very little space and won't weigh you down. Windproof and a great choice for inclement conditions, the shell is made from the next generation Gore-Tex L&F 3-layer 30D nylon plain weave fabric, created and rated as a military-grade fabric based on TOF material. Breathable and moisture-wicking, keeping you dry no matter the weather to help regulate your body's temperature the Arc'teryx LEAF Alpha Jacket LT GEN 2 is the perfect jacket for any adventure.

This extremely rugged jacket was specifically tested and designed to accommodate harnesses and rigging equipment, standing up to the unique rigors and stresses such equipment can transfer to a shell. For a full range of motion, articulation in shoulders and elbows allows unrestricted action with the ability to layer underneath, and matte #5 Vision center zipper with back flap is watertight and easy to operate during frigid conditions with or without gloves. Additional quick ventilation can be found using pit zippers that are also water-tight, and the StormHood™ blocks drafts protect the neck and are made to fit over helmets. Two chest pockets on the Arc'teryx LEAF Alpha Jacket LT GEN 2 are also designed to work with load carriage equipment and have media ports to allow for internal routing of communications cables with internal chest pocket featuring HemLock™ removable foam inserts to keep the jacket hem in place and avoid riding up under a harness and hip belt.
