A:Tactical Distributors uses the UPS Quantum View System which allows us to provide proactive notifications to our customers when their shipments are on the w If you received the wrong product, please contact customer service within 72 hours of receiving the product. We will work with you to correct the problem. The shipping costs for incorrectly shipped items will be met by Tactical Distributors.

Shipping

Q: How much does shipping cost?

A: Shipping cost is based upon the weight and destination of your order. It is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices. Tactical Distributors has the right to charge actual shipping cost if the proper shipping amount is not listed on the site at the completion of order and on sales confirmation. We will contact you directly and give you a choice to either cancel or pay the balance due on extra shipping charges.

Q: Does Tactical Distributors ship to FPOs and APOs?

A: Yes. We are committed to providing the necessary gear to our troops at home and abroad.

Effective May 17, 2012 the U.S. Postal Service is banning international shipments of electronics with lithium batteries such as smartphones, laptops and iPads, citing the risk of fire. Tactical Distributors may no longer send items such as Flashlights, Cameras, and other devices. Please keep this in mind while you are checking out. The U.S. Postal Service expects to resume shipments January 1, 2013.

Q: How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?

A: Our goal is to provide same day shipping if the order is placed during business hours.  All shipping time based on what the customer selected is calculated on Eastern Central Times Business Hours, Monday-Friday, 8am-4pm.



Discounts & Exclusions

Q: Why isn't my discount code working?

A: Please make sure you have logged into your account before applying a discount code. Discount codes no longer work with "guest" accounts.

Q: What is excluded from discounts?

A: In following guidelines set by our Vendors there are no discounts permitted on Amer Brands (Arc'teryx, Salomon & SUUNTO), Ares Gear, Crye Precision, Pelican,Surefire,Aimpoint, EoTech, Strikemark, MAGPUL, Multitasker, GoPro, Oakley, Under Armour, Sitka, and Olukai are excluded from sitewide sales. You cannot stack discounts, all clearance and sale items are excluded.

Promotional discounts, such as the newsletter signup, has a one per customer limitation. Tactical Distributors reserves the right to limit any use of promotional code at any time.

Promo codes and other discounts Tactical Distributors offers can not be "stacked" with other promotions or on sale items. Tactical Distributors reserves the right to cancel, delete, or modify orders for customers. This includes customer orders that do not abide by rules set forth, such as a limit on the number of products that can be purchased.
