Q: Do your UPS options deliver on Saturday/Sunday?
A: NO. We do not offer those services.
Q: Does Tactical Distributors ship to FPOs and APOs?
A: Yes. We are committed to providing the necessary gear to our troops at home and abroad.
Effective May 17, 2012 the U.S. Postal Service is banning international shipments of electronics with lithium batteries such as smartphones, laptops and iPads, citing the risk of fire. Tactical Distributors may no longer send items such as Flashlights, Cameras, and other devices. Please keep this in mind while you are checking out. The U.S. Postal Service expects to resume shipments January 1, 2013.
Q: How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?
A: Our goal is to provide same day shipping if the order is placed during business hours. All shipping time based on what the customer selected is calculated from 8am-3pm EST Monday-Friday. Our UPS option does NOT deliver on Saturday or Sunday. If you order on Friday, you will receive it on Monday. If you need Saturday delivery please call 1.866.916.6905, and we will get you taken care of.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Yes, we do starting 7/1/2017. Please be aware that we have no control on your countries taxes and duties. It is YOUR responsibility to pay YOUR country's fees to retrieve your package. Once UPS reports the package has arrived and has attempted delivery(s) it is no longer Tactical Distributors responsibility, in most instances. EU customers are responsible for the EU VAT charges up to 22 Euro.
Q: How long does it take for International Orders to process?
A: After payment is received our international order gateway takes 24-48 hours to verify your payment and order. You will receive an order confirmation once it is verified & processed.
Q: Are some sales & promotions excluded?

A: In following guidelines set by our Vendors there are no discounts permitted on Arc'teryx, Salomon, Ares Gear, Crye Precision, Surefire, Howard Leight, UF PRO, Garmin, Ferro Concepts, Dynamis Alliance, LBT, Hesco, Sitka Arrowhead & Oakley are excluded from sitewide sales.
