Plate carrier sizing is based on armor plate size, not clothing size.
- Medium: Fits Medium SAPI, ESAPI, Swimmer plates, and 10 x 12 up to 10 x 12.5 x 1
- Large: Fits Large SAPI, ESAPI, Swimmer plates up to 10.5 x 13.5 x 1
