The Arc'teryx Kopec 2 Mid GTX Boot is built to move fast without giving up the support, traction, and weather protection you want when the trail gets rough. Whether you're knocking out a quick hike, carrying a loaded pack, or disappearing for a few days, the Kopec 2 Mid delivers a lightweight, supportive platform designed for varied terrain and unpredictable conditions.
A GORE-TEX® membrane keeps water out while maintaining breathability, while the mid-height collar adds ankle support and helps keep rocks, dirt, and trail debris where they belong: outside your boot. Up front, a molded rubber toe cap adds protection when the terrain starts fighting back.
Underfoot, the Vibram® Megagrip outsole with LITEBASE technology delivers dependable grip across wet, dry, steep, and uneven surfaces without unnecessary weight. Aggressive 5mm lugs dig into loose terrain, while the updated, more responsive midsole improves energy return and helps protect your feet from rocks and other underfoot obstacles.
Arc'teryx also updated the fit with a wider, more forgiving toe box, giving your toes more room to spread naturally as the miles add up. An open-cell foam sock liner adds immediate step-in comfort, and at just 14 oz per boot, the Kopec stays light enough to keep your feet moving instead of feeling like you've strapped bricks to them.
