The Blue Force Gear Micro Trauma Kit NOW! (Micro TKN) is the most compact version of the iconic Trauma Kit NOW!, built for rapid first-aid access in the field or on the street. Designed for law enforcement, first responders, and prepared civilians, this minimalist IFAK mounts easily to your belt or MOLLE platform for instant deployment when seconds matter.
The Micro TKN’s two-part system features a Ten-Speed® outer pouch- available in MOLLE or Belt models and a removable inner tray that keeps your medical supplies organized and ready. BLIP pull tabs allow fast, one-handed access from either side, while the Helium Whisper® backing (on MOLLE models) keeps weight low and strength high.
