The Ferro Concepts FCPC V6 Base takes everything that made the V5 a favorite and tightens it up for the next generation of plate carrier setups. Built on six years of field feedback, the V6 delivers improved plate retention, enhanced stability, and more room for mission-essential equipment without piling on unnecessary weight.

At its core, the V6 features refined plate bag geometry designed specifically around SAPI and ESAPI armor profiles. This precision fit helps minimize internal plate movement, keeping your armor secure when things get physical. Updated shoulder strap geometry improves comfort and consistency across sizes, while an internal rear plate retention flap adds another layer of security under load.

The V6 also brings some serious upgrades to organization and modularity. Additional cable management webbingkeeps comms and accessory cables routed cleanly, while expanded hook-and-loop coverage provides a more secure mounting surface for EUDs. An integrated front flap snap helps keep your setup locked down during over-the-beach (OTB) operations and high-intensity movement.

Around back, an additional row of laser-cut MOLLE opens up more mounting options, while integrated tie-in loops and an emergency drag handle add functionality without complicating the design.

And because nobody wants to rebuild their entire kit every time a new carrier drops, the FCPC V6 maintains full compatibility with Ferro Concepts' ADAPT system and UCAS, while expanding support for industry-standard front flaps and placards.

Plate Sizing

The FCPC V6 is designed around standard SAPI and ESAPI plate dimensions. Select your carrier size based on your armor plates, not your shirt size.

Important Sizing Notes:

• 10" x 12" Plates: The Medium FCPC V6 is specifically designed for SAPI/ESAPI profiles, not standard 10" x 12" plates. Ferro Concepts 10" x 12" Ceramic Plates are compatible, but fitment of third-party plates cannot be guaranteed due to differences in thickness and corner cuts.
