The Elastic 556 Placard V2 (EPV2) is a compact, no-frills solution for carrying your front-line gear—without bulk, bloat, or bolt-ons. Designed to hold three 5.56 rifle mags, two pen-style tools, and a CAT-sized tourniquet, this placard eliminates the need for additional Velcro tourniquet sleeves that add unnecessary layers to your kit.

The back panel is full hook for a secure grip on your carrier’s loop field, while 1” QASM clips and Split Bar First Spear™ Tube compatibility ensure a seamless interface with Shaw Concepts cummerbunds. Whether you're building out a slick setup or stacking mission-specific loadouts, the EPV2 keeps your essentials locked in and right where you need them.

Note: Elastic will feel tight out of the box—it’s designed to break in over time. GI-style metal mags insert/extract the easiest, while PMAG Gen3 may feel snug due to their textured bodies.
