Developed during the R&D process for the LV-120 Plate Carrier, this system was built to move with the operator while maintaining a stable platform for mounting gear.

Designed to balance rigidity and mobility, the Reactive Cummerbund expands and contracts with your breathing and movement using a shock cord tension system. The result is a plate carrier that stays tight and supportive during movement while allowing natural expansion during high output activity.

Constructed from CURV thermoplastic composite and nylon laminate, the cummerbund provides a lightweight yet durable structure that maintains stability without sagging under load. Integrated First Spear Tubes quick release buckles allow for rapid don and doff while keeping the profile low and streamlined.

The MOLLE layout provides four columns by three rows at the front, tapering down as the cummerbund adjusts to your body. This layout allows pouches and accessories to be mounted on both the interior and exterior surfaces without wasting valuable mounting space.
