The Spiritus Systems Configurable Med Tray Mk2 turns a cluttered medical pouch into a streamlined, mission-ready setup. Designed around a removable Tegris® insert and a hook-backed mounting system, this modular organizer keeps essential medical gear exactly where you expect it—because seconds matter when you're working under pressure.

The laser-cut face features both dot grid and MOLLE-compatible mounting options, giving you complete freedom to build a layout that fits your loadout. With included barbed elastic straps, shock cord, and cord locks, you can securely retain everything from trauma shears and chest seals to hemostatics and airway tools.

Once configured, the hook backing locks the tray securely inside compatible Spiritus Systems pouches, reducing gear movement, cutting down on noise, and making critical equipment faster to locate when every second counts.
