The Vans Sk8-Hi Waterproof Insulated Shoe takes the classic high-top silhouette and gets it ready for weather that can't make up its mind. Built as part of the Vans MTE™ Made for the Elements collection, it combines waterproof protection, lightweight insulation, and all-terrain traction for cold, wet days when regular sneakers aren't going to cut it.
A HydroGuard® 360º waterproof package helps keep moisture out, while 100-gram PrimaLoft® insulation adds warmth without turning the shoe into a full-blown winter boot. Underfoot, an UltraCush™ drop-in footbed provides everyday comfort and support, while the All-Trac rubber outsole delivers reliable grip across changing surfaces and conditions.
The upper combines leather, suede, and 100% recycled textile, while the outsole compound incorporates at least 30% recycled and regeneratively sourced rubber. Basically, it's the Sk8-Hi you already know, just significantly less concerned about the forecast.
